Barmanou
Known by locals as "the man in the forest" this humanoid ape is like "Bigfoot" of the middle east. The Barmanou is often described as a large, bipedal ape that roams the mountainous regions of northern Pakistan and parts of Afghanistan.
Witnesses claim that the Barmanou stands over seven feet tall, is covered in dark, shaggy fur, and looks like a hybrid between human and animal. Locals claim to hear its distinctive whooping calls echo through the valleys at night.
