The Kracken
The legendary Kraken has been a notorious cryptid and myth throughout history. First originating in Norse mythology, the kraken is depicted as a giant sea monster, capable of dragging entire ships beneath the waves.
Stories of this famous creature suggest it could be mistaken for an island since it's so large. The origin is believed to stem from sightings of giant squid which were also believed not exist at one point. Sailors at the time often recounted terrifying tales of encountering this mythical creature, often blaming their misfortunes at sea to its wrath.
This creature is very believably considering how much of the ocean is still undiscovered, now whether or not it was so big that it could capsize ships is still a mystery to me however this world has many unbelievable creature when it comes to nature so hopefully we will know one day of the truth of its existence..
